I used to hate Mondays. But it kinda changed. Today was a good one. I guess changing the eating and exercise habits helps a lot too. I was already really motivated in the early morning and so I signed up for the Drop10 Challenge and as a blogger, I joined FitFluential.
I stumbled over the Fitness Blogger Conference before I started this little blog here. Today I came across the website again and now that I have this blog, I would love to join that event. Back to Fitness topic. It's 08:30 PM. My husband was at work the whole day, we ate dinner, played with the kids and brought them to bed and he is in the middle of doing his workout for today and he still has over 45 min. to go. I am so proud of him!!!
